What is the Trades Round Table?

The Trades Round Table is made up of a group of business owners whose businesses are in the Trades or home services.  The idea is that unlike other group executive coaching, the TRT is made up of businesses that are similar and have similar issues.  Learning from one another is best when the issues are directly related to your own.  If you are a landscaper, the issues of someone in manufacturing are likely less relevant than those of a house painter.

While subject matter experts present at each meeting, some of the best advice comes from other members who have had almost identical issues and have learned from them.  The meetings are facilitated by a seasoned executive mentor and business advisor.
